How long does pool construction take? +
Most projects take 10–12 weeks from permit to final start-up. Weather and permit timelines can shift things a week or two in some jurisdictions.
What's included in the pricing? +
Every package includes the full gunite shell, pebble interior finish, coping, LED lighting, variable-speed pump, smart automation, autofill, and decking. Permit fees and soils reports (if required by your city) are the only standard exclusions.
Do you handle permits? +
Yes. We handle the full permit process with your city or HOA. Permit fees vary by jurisdiction ($800–$4,000) and are the homeowner's cost.
Can I customize a package? +
Absolutely. The configurator above lets you adjust pool size, choose your finish collection, and add upgrades. For requests beyond what's shown, we'll quote it during your consultation.
What financing is available? +
We partner with HFS and Lyon Financial. Typical terms are 7.99% APR over 15 years. Monthly estimates on this page use those terms. Actual rate depends on your credit profile.
Do you offer warranties? +
Every BBP pool includes our 10/3/1 warranty — 10 years structural, 3 years equipment, 1 year workmanship. Pebble finishes carry their own manufacturer warranty of 15–20 years.
